Refunds & Returns
Our policy on refunds is super easy!
If you are unhappy with your purchases, contact us, we take our service to customers very seriously and will find a resolution that suits all parties. We shall discuss with you to organise collection of the item and upon its return and inspection of the piece, a full or partial refund will be given.
You have 14 days from the point of delivery (when you have the item, not when you bought it) to decide whether to send it back and receive credit or refund.
A period of 30 days is allocated to orders that are made between 25th December to 31st December to allow for Christmas/Holiday period.
Partial or full refunds will be clarified in writing once the inspection has taken place as this will be based on circumstance. Alternatively, we will arrange for repair or replacement (which ever is most suitable).
For selected Trading Card products (live show stock), we are unable to refund packs that have been opened due to the nature of the openings.
However, our trading card products are designed to be pre-opened on a live stream, footage of which can be retained to ensure clarity of what was purchased is available.
Trading Card purchases direct from site such as booster boxes and sealed product stocked from our distribution partners will be subject to the statutory 14 day return period.
High value TCG goods such as slabs or high value singles will be filmed upon packaging for avoidance of doubt.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer however we will cover returns postage on a case by case basis depending on the reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return.
We do not charge for restocking items.
